Today marks the launch of History Tours of Britain, a company committed to offering exclusive and luxury tours with an historical theme.

These tours are the brainchild of Claire Ridgway, owner and creator of www.TheAnneBoleynFiles.com, www.ElizabethFiles.com and www.TheHistoryFiles.com, as a result of the incredible success of the Anne Boleyn Experience Tour of May 2010 and the increasing demand for more luxury historical tours, the majority of them featuring accommodation in historic properties and talks from expert historians.

It was the historical experience of my lifetime. I have traveled to England at least 18 times over the last 40 years and visited as many historic places and museums as I could, but the Anne Boleyn experience was beyond a regular tour experience.
